30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 1 day(s) after arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 21 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
RATES are based on up to two persons staying.
EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON will be charged €15 per person per night.
A ONE-TIME CLEANING FEE is charged on all stays regardless of duration.
LOCAL CITY TOURIST TAX of €2.60 per person per night (for all persons 15 years and older) is NOT included in our rates. This must be paid in cash upon arrival directly at the apartment.
BABIES up to the age of 3 years are free of charge.
CHILDREN 3 years and older are counted as additional persons.
CREDIT CARDS no credit card facilities onsite. Payment by cash or bank transfer only.
